Whether you’re planning an outdoor feast or a sit-down dinner, we’ll design a bespoke menu with you that reflects your tastes, the season, and the mood of your day. From intimate gatherings to big celebrations, we bring the same care and energy to every event.

Create a day that reflects you
Flexible, bespoke menus built around what you love to eat
No two High Grange menus are ever the same. Luke works directly with each couple to create a menu that’s personal, seasonal and packed with flavour. We often serve sharing platters to bring guests together, but can also design more formal plated meals if that’s your style.
We use ingredients from our gardens, our chickens, Lyme Bay day boats, and a tight-knit network of Devon producers – from ex-dairy beef to locally raised geese.

Our approach
Full service, from menu to clean-up
We bring everything needed to cook, serve and clear – from BBQs and fire pits to our full team of chefs and front-of-house. We help with drinks service and tidy as we go. Crockery and cutlery hire can be arranged too.
We cook using wood and charcoal – no kitchen or electricity required (though always welcome!). All we need is a bit of outdoor shelter in case the weather turns.

Our wedding menus are entirely bespoke, but here’s a taste of what we’ve served:
- Whole Kilmington hogget – pink roast leg, stuffed saddle, slow-smoked shoulder, crispy belly
- Lyme Bay scallops with spiced celeriac, crispy shallots, hazelnuts
- Fire pit skewers – tiger prawn, confit chicken, burnt tomato, Sichuan spices
- Smoked beef feather blade, grilled halloumi, burnt peach dressing
- Gooseberry and elderflower posset with brandy snap and meringue
- Raspberry pavlova or Devon cheeses with HG chutney
