Corporate Events & Team Day catering
Outdoor cooking, shared meals, and time to reconnect
High Grange offers a unique setting for team away days, client events and corporate catering. If you're looking to reward your team, host a celebration or run a more meaningful off-site, we’ll help you create a day that’s genuinely memorable.
Come to our private woodland for a hands-on Fire School session and feast, or let us cater your event at a location of your choice. Either way, we bring beautiful local food, cooked over fire, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that gets people talking, eating and connecting.

Team away days in the woods
Cook together, eat together, leave with a buzz
Our full-day Signature Fire School for teams includes fire-pit breakfast, practical outdoor cooking sessions, and a celebratory feast. It’s immersive and informal, with a good dose of laughter and great food – a far cry from traditional team-building exercises.
Your group will chop, grill, smoke, prep, taste and eat across a day designed to build confidence and spark conversation.
“Thank you Luke, for sharing your extensive BBQ knowledge with us. It was such a fun day, and the whole team came away buzzing and full of laughter.”
– Jenny, PA, who organised a staff away day

Something different for your event
Catering that’s a cut above the usual buffet
If you’re planning a staff celebration, awards night, or company gathering, we can cater it with the same fire-cooked flavour and attention to detail we bring to weddings and feasts.
Our team will bring everything – from Kamado grills to table service – and cook on-site with live fire. The menus are always seasonal, bold, and built around your needs.
“Luke and his team welcomed us with a delicious breakfast BBQ, followed by an extensive education on outdoor cooking techniques… we ended the day with a delicious sirloin steak cooked directly on the coals of a BBQ and a huge lamb roast in a cosy barn.”
– Situ Award Winners, 2023
