This weeks takeaway is properly authentic Thai food inspired by travelling in Thailand, being obsessed with Thai cook books and EATING as much as I can. I’m going to use the finest pork I can lay my hands on for a slow braise with lots of black pepper - the pork becomes fragrant, unctuous and delicious. Crispy ember-grilled chicken - perfect to slather in salty/sweet/umami fish sauce caramel (I know it sounds weird but it’s amazing).. and then lots of fresh greens, stir fried with yellow soybean sauce.

During the autumn and winter months we are offering a takeaway every Friday. A full meal with sides costs just £25 (per person) and comes with heating instructions so that you can enjoy at any point over the weekend.
