My wife is the only person in the world who doesn’t like katsu curry. I bloody love it. Everyone bloody loves it. She’s bonkers!
Crispy panko-breaded free-range chicken with that rich, thick curry sauce. Amazing.
With sticky rice to soak it up and on the side and because I love you all dearly, I’m getting my old bamboo sushi mat out and making some tempura soft shell crab sushi rolls with crispy onions and siracha mayo.
Don’t forget adding a bottle of High Grange Hot Sauce and some of our incredible HG Gelato for dessert!
