High Grange at Home: Korean-Inspired Takeaway

We’ve not done a Korean takeaway before and I don’t know why - I adore Korean food! I used to drive down the A3 from my house in SW London to New Malden just to avail myself of the many authentic Korean restaurants that sprang up there.

The Koreans love a BBQ even more than me, and add some homemade kimchee (Chiara started the fermentation process weeks ago) and you’ve got an amazing night in. If you’ve never tried Korean food before then this is a great gateway drug for you! Sweet, slightly hot, sticky chicken, barbecued beef patties with a delicious sauce, egg fried rice with a kimchee kick and a certain tinned meat beloved of post-war dads and Monty Python (the only time Spam is acceptable).

Every meal in Korea comes with kimchee and pickles so this one does too! 

As ever, limited numbers so do book early.
