Think BBQ lamb in a rich sweet and sour curry sauce (jaggery is palm sugar). Then a light, fluffy mushroom biryani, curry leaf raita, creamy black lentils with roast squash and a flakey roti flat bread. If that’s not a great Friday night in then we can’t be friends…!
As ever, limited numbers so do book early.
Please note there will be no eating in at HG this week as we have a private party.
