HG X Kenton Park Estate Feast: Fire and Fizz - Friday 10th October 6-10pm

We’re incredibly excited to be collaborating with the stunning Kenton Park Estate just south of Exeter for a series of fire-cooked feasts and BBQ Asado classes. 

We’re kicking things off with ‘Fire and Fizz’ an exceptionally exciting evening showcasing incredible wine and some of the greatest ingredients in the world, cooked over embers and flames by award-winning High Grange owner and chef Luke Vandore-Mackay 

You’ll arrive at sunset for a glass of something delicious and a selection of fire-pit skewers before sitting amongst the vines for an incredible, seasonal feast. If the weather decides to misbehave, don’t worry we will relocate to the stunning Kenton Park Estste dining room

Sticky miso-smoked aubergine with tamarind & sesame 

Blackdown Hills venison kofte, black garlic & mint yogurt 

Hand-dived Lyme Bay scallop, brown butter, capers 

Starter

Haye Farm ‘Organic cure’ culatello,  ember-roast mackerel, smoked white beans, charred flat breads, burnt orange dressing and Trill Farm leaves 

Main Course 

Slow-smoked native breed feather blade, salt-baked celeriac, sweet onions, smashed Jerusalem artichokes & greens 

Dessert

Kenton park ‘sundowners’ pink fizz parfait, burnt quince & ‘sundowners’ syrup
