Come prepared to learn, eat and laugh. This is our signature barbecue cooking school which covers the full gamut of outdoor cooking.

Your day will begin with breakfast, cooked over fire (of course).

Luke will generously share his extensive BBQ knowledge and we’ll cover a huge variety of outdoor fire cooking and British barbecue techniques.

We like to butcher in-house where possible so you’ll learn about different cuts of meat and how to get the best out of whatever you are cooking. The specifics of the day will vary with the seasons but expect plenty of incredible meat and fish and loads of veg from our garden.

Don’t worry if you haven’t got a closed ceramic BBQ like a Kamado Joe – the day will cover all types of cooking over fire so there will be plenty of skills and tips for anyone who’s interested in cooking outdoors.
