The name doesn't really do it justice - we’ll hang giant whole ex-dairy rumps of beef from our fire pit hanging frame and cook to a perfect pink over oak embers - Goose fat triple cooked chips, bone marrow butter and Trill Farm salad to go with it…..
Friday 2nd December Francis Mallman whole lamb feast
A repeat of our first ever Fire Supper - a whole Kilmington lamb cooked all day on our Asado cross. Loads of vegetables cooked on the plancha and chimichurri to spice everything up.
