This cocktail is based on a Paloma but mixed with gin instead of tequila. It’s dry, refreshing and perfect for pre dinner drinks with nibbles.
Mixed with Salcombe Gin, pink grapefruit, lime juice and agave, it has been awarded a Great Taste Star.
CHILL in the fridge SHAKE it ‘awake’ POUR into a rocks glass over ice. GARNISH with a wedge of grapefruit or lime.
