High Grange at Home: Taco Takeaway

Collection only: £25 per person. 6pm till 8pm. 

This week’s takeaway is a doozie! A huge woodland-raised pork shoulder, marinated for 48 hours in pineapple & adobe chilli and then smoked for 24 hours over apple wood. 

A zingy fresh salad of tomatoes, onion & coriander, grilled corn with black beans and of course some savoury, umami-rich Mexican rice. Stuff it all into some authentic soft corn tortillas.

Whether you drink too much tequila with it is up to you...

Don’t forget adding a bottle of High Grange Hot Sauce and some of our incredible HG Gelato for dessert!
